The following conditions apply:

Shipping Terms

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We dont charge Shipping fees for Domestic Deliveries.

Deliveries abroad:

We dont charge Shipping fees for International Deliveries.

 

Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).

You can download download products via a link provided by email. This e-mail with access data for executing the download will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

You can download download products in your customer account.

The download takes place within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment order).

You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
